John Allaire Photo John Allaire, an Industrial Engineer and Management Consultant, has over 30 years experience specializing in retail and wholesale grocery, HBC/GM and food service supply chain operations. His work experience ranges from small businesses to large corporations including A&P, Acme, Albertsons, American Stores, Associated Food Stores, Caesars Entertainment, Giant, Grocers Supply, Jewel-Osco, Krasdale Foods, Lucky Stores, SpartanNash, Raley's, Royal Ahold, Savon, SuperValu, Stop & Shop, Sysco, and the US Department of Defense.

John has a track record of successfully implementing cost-effective solutions that maximize service levels, productivity and facility utilization in a variety of operating environments. This is accomplished by streamlining work processes, improving work flow and implementing engineered labor standards and incentive programs in a wide variety of operating environments.

John has extensive experience in the design, implementation, testing and management of Engineered Labor Standards (ELS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). He is proficient with a variety of product handling types (repack, case, pallet), in manual, hybrid and highly automated operations. John has successfully installed ELS programs in non-union and union work environments, including successful defense of standards in multiple arbitrations.

John's experience allows him to quickly identify solutions, typically resulting in short payback periods. He is able to recognize operational difficulties ahead of time, avoiding cost overruns and maximizing value. John is dedicated to assisting new and existing operations reach their full potential.
